1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

IN NO EVENT SHALL jillie'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT DEPOSITED BY YOU INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the jillie Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy must first be submitted to jillie customer support for resolution. Complaints must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. jillie will investigate all complaints and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. If the dispute cannot be resolved through jillie's internal complaint procedures, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation and final determination. PAGCOR's decision shall be binding on both parties. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jillie.

10. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND TERMINATION

jillie reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; provision of false information; failure to complete verification procedures; abuse of bonuses or promotions; collusion or cheating; use of multiple accounts; engagement in money laundering; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; or any other conduct deemed detrimental to jillie or its community. Upon termination for cause, you forfeit all balances, bonuses, and accumulated loyalty points. For terminations without cause or voluntary account closures initiated by you, jillie will return your account balance minus any outstanding fees or bonuses subject to wagering requirements, following successful completion of verification procedures. 11. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
